The Administration Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the CPA Administration Department, ensuring that all governance, HR, finance, and documentation systems function effectively. Mr. Mlambo leads policy implementation, supervises departmental wings (Finance & Procurement, HR & Payroll, General Administration, and Local Economic Development), and ensures that reports, resolutions, and compliance records are properly managed.
The Chairperson serves as the overall head and representative of Mashobotho CPA. Ms. Mabilane provides visionary leadership, chairs Executive Committee meetings, ensures lawful governance under the CPA Act, and represents the CPA in all external engagements. She safeguards compliance with the Constitution, drives strategic partnerships, and upholds ethical conduct and transparency in all operations.
The Deputy Chairperson assists the Chairperson in performing her duties and assumes leadership responsibilities in her absence. He supports coordination of EXCO resolutions, supervises committee initiatives, and ensures proper execution of community and project activities. The role strengthens teamwork, continuity, and balanced governance within the CPA.
The Secretary is responsible for maintaining official CPA records, preparing meeting notices, capturing minutes, and ensuring decisions are properly recorded and filed. Ms. Mauku also manages correspondence, maintains the document register, and provides administrative support to both the EXCO and the Administration Department.
The Deputy Secretary assists in the preparation and distribution of official documents, maintains backups of correspondence, and ensures administrative continuity during the Secretary’s absence. This role also supports the coordination of reports, notices, and community updates, ensuring accurate and timely communication across all wings.
The Treasurer oversees the financial health of the CPA, ensuring all income, expenses, and project funds are properly recorded and accounted for in accordance with approved policies. Mr. Nkosi collaborates closely with the Finance & Procurement Support wing to produce transparent financial reports, manage budgets, and support audits.
An Additional Member contributes to the decision-making and oversight functions of the EXCO, ensuring that community perspectives and project insights are represented. They assist in sub-committees such as HR, Projects, or Land Management as delegated.
Supports the EXCO through participation in key initiatives and monitoring of community programs. The member provides input on development matters, helps review reports, and strengthens internal accountability processes.
Provides support in strategic communication, beneficiary engagement, and project mobilization. He assists in policy review discussions and serves as a community liaison during CPA meetings and outreach programs.
